3D Printing Makes Its Mark and Continues to Innovate

Multiple 3D-printing companies at this year’s IMTS brought models to show off additive manufacturing’s abilities. Stratasys Direct, 3D Systems, and Oak Ridge Laboratories had impressive booths. In addition, a few unexpected companies demonstrated their 3D-printing technology exploits. Carbon 3D was there to talk about its new subscription-based model, and igus displayed some its innovations that help 3D printers perform at their best.
