AMD Geode GX533
CPU to provide
control-specific
features including a
watchdog timer, battery-backed-up
RAM, and deterministic I/O. Included is
a local VGA port for HMI displays, two
Ethernet ports, and two USB ports. The device is said to serve multiple
domains such as high-speed analog
measurement, multiple programs with
different cycle times, open
communications functions, and
enterprise-level network integration.
It's specifically designed to handle
distributed motion-control functions
with PLCopen-compliant motion
function blocks.
