7 1/2 Digit Multimeter

A PXI-based digital multimeter has measurement rates up to 20,000 readings/sec. Extended voltage and current measurements include current ranges to 50 pA and voltage resolutions of 10 nV.

Staff

The SMX-2064 includes six-wire guarded resistance, LCR, frequency, timing, thermocouple, and RTD measurements along with V & I sourcing. The multimeter includes front-panel software,-DLLs for Windows, and Linux drivers.
