Air Regulators and Relays

Feb. 17, 2005
A new Short Form catalog covers the Precision Air Pressure Regulators and Relays line.

The line provides a high level of regulation accuracy and repeatability. Rather than range springs, the regulators and relays use a stainless-steel capsule as a sensing device. Its multistage design allows for self-correction at pressure variations as small as 0.01 psig. Features of the line include flow capacities up to 80 scfm, output-pressure control to within 0.1% accuracy, insensitivity to changes in supply pressure and flow, high relief capacity, and the ability to hold a set pressure over a wide operating-temperature range. Applications include valve actuation, medical-diagnostic instruments, web tensioning, roll loading, control panels, pneumatic counter balancers, and liquid-dispensing machines. The relays and regulators come with 1/4-in. NPT gage ports and in pressureoutput ranges from 0 to 150 psi. Available porting is 1/8, 1/4, and 3/8-in. NPT.
