Antibacklash Nuts And Leadscrews

Antibacklash leadscrew nuts are manufactured in Turcite X Engineered thermoplastic material.

They have a minimum preload of 0.19 lb to a maximum of 11.1 lb, with internal threads of 3/16-20 to 5/8-10.

Low-drag torque antibacklash nuts, manufactured in polyacetalengineered-plastic, have an integrally molded flange. The Mini Series nuts have a drag torque of 0.5 oz-in., while the light, medium, and heavy-duty nuts have a drag torque of 0.5 to 2 oz-in., 3 to 7 oz-in., 1 to 3 oz-in., and 2 to 6 oz-in. to 3 to 7 oz-in., respectively. Load capacities are from 5 to 350 lb.

Commercial and hi-precision quality rolled stainless-steel leadscrews are available with lead accuracy from 0.003 in./ft with straightness of 0.01 in./ft to 0.0001 in./in. with positional repeatability of 0.00005 in.

Leadscrews are available in standard lengths of 6, 12, 24, 36, and 48 in.
