The battery selector/disconnect switch is designed for vehicles using two batteries.

The battery selector/disconnect switch is designed for vehicles using two batteries. It allows current to be carried by either one of the batteries, by both batteries simultaneously, or cuts off all power. The unit functions with alternators or generators and protects against electrical fire, battery drain, tampering, and theft. The device is rated at 500-A intermittent, 310-A continuous, 6 to 36 Vdc, and is vaporproof, waterproof, dustproof and corrosion resistant.
