Cartridge Valves

May 19, 2005
Complete assemblies include cartridge valves inserts, flow-control valves, pilot valves, and manifolds.

All cartridge valves are designed to operate leak-free and come in two, three, and four-way configurations. Flow-control valves include spring-load and pressure-activated valves. Needle or speed-control valves regulate airflow in multievent applications. The basic cartridge-valve design includes a valve poppet and sleeve held by a coil spring. Applications include glass-forming machines, pneumatic-controlled clamping devices, air motors, sorting and selecting machines, leveling systems, and pick and place systems.
