FAG ProCheck is an ATEX-certified condition monitoring system suitable for use in harsh environments.

FAG ProCheck is an ATEX-certified condition monitoring system suitable for use in harsh environments. The system continuously records and analyses data including vibration, temperature and other process parameters in applications such as steel plants, aluminium plants, cement plants and paper machines.

A compact size and large number of analog and digital I/O ports lets the system integrate with PLCs and SPCs. A novel expansion-slot system further extends communications as needed. Large on-board memory lets the system work independently for extended periods while maintaining a high level of data integrity should the network go down.
