Abaqus 6.9 Extended Functionality (6.9-EF) FEA software lets designers, engineers, and researchers in a broad range of industries predict the real-world behavior of products, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Abaqus 6.9 Extended Functionality (6.9-EF) FEA software lets designers, engineers, and researchers in a broad range of industries predict the real-world behavior of products, materials, and manufacturing processes. New features in the release include flexible geometry-repair tools, an efficient method for analyzing structures subject to air blast loading, and an iterative solver that works 20 times faster than the direct sparse solver. The iterative solver is intended for large simulation problems found in applications such as powertrain, oil reservoir, and material microstructure simulations.
