Low-Profile EMI/RFI Shielding Gasket Profiles

Four Low-Profile BeCu gaskets from Tech-Etch are offered in both Stick-on and Hook-on mounting configurations.

Offered With Stick-On or Hook-On Mounting Styles

With EMI/RFI shielding effectiveness over 100db attenuation, the gaskets measure from just .06" to .15" high and will close gaps from .030" up to .130". Stick-on mounting provides a fast, reliable installation that may be used at ambient temperatures from -67°F to 300°F. One side of the Hook-on gasket fits over the flange to provide additional mechanical security. All these smooth-to-the-touch gaskets are ideal for bi-directional applications, require only a low closing force and are provide continual snag-free operation. An optional DiamondBack (dB) textured surface for high frequency applications is also available. Stick-on item numbers are 125LP45, 125LP55, 125LP60 and 125LPS35 and Hook-on item numbers are 125LP45H060, 125LP55H060, 125LP60H060 and 125LPS45H060. A variety of material thicknesses are offered for these parts, including TF versions, to provide a best match for the compression requirements of the application.
