Miniature Stepper Motor

Feb. 8, 2007
The Series ADM1220 stepper motor has a power-off holding torque of 2.4 mN-m and achieves a high-boost torque of 4.1 mN-m.

In full-step mode, the motor offers 20 full steps/rev and is capable of microstep operation at speeds ranging from 10 to 6,000 rpm. The motor shaft has zero axial endplay, lessening rotational audible noise. The unit can be combined with a gearhead and/or leadscrew for a complete miniature stepper-motor drive system or linear actuator. Planetary, spur, and zero-backlash gearheads are available in 10 and 12-mm diameter with various reduction ratios for continuous torque to 300 mN-m.
