New Product: Flow Sensor

Feb. 7, 2008
The Type 8012 flow sensor, for continuous flow measurement, has optic or magnetic measurement with a programmable analog output of 4 to 20 mA or digital output by frequency or switch.

The sensor can install on … to 2-in. pipe diameters or on fluid- block systems. Features include 1.0 to 32.8-fps measuring range; 140-psi maximum fluid pressure for plastic fittings and 232 psi with metal fittings; and medium-temperature ranges depend on fitting material: I32 to 140°F for PVC, 32 to 176°F for PP, and 5 to 212°F for SS or PVDF, if ambient temperature is below 113°F or 5 to 194°F (SS or PVDF) for ambient temperatures in the 113 to 149°F range.
