New Products: Infrared Temperature Sensor

Nov. 22, 2008
The IRt/c.3X-RF infrared temperature sensor measures refrigerated-food temperature with no contact.

The IRt/c.3X-RF infrared temperature sensor measures refrigerated-food temperature with no contact. It is specially calibrated for 0 to 100°F, with an in-line transmitter that puts out a drift-free analog output of 0 to 10 V (with changes in ambient temperature). The hermetically sealed stainless-steel sensor and transmitter are rated NEMA-4X and IP67and can be immersed during washdown. Measuring and controlling food-product temperature with no contact avoids cross contamination.
