Plain and flanged inch-size ball bearings feature an extended inner ring to provide greater torsional stability.

These ABEC 3 Class bearings, identified as the A7Y55-E Series, are made of 440C stainless steel and come in nine bore sizes ranging from 0.0469 to 0.3125-in. diameter, with outer-ring diameters from 0.562 to 0.6250 in. Inner-ring widths range from 0.0937 to 0.2272 in., with outer-ring widths of 0.0625 to 0.1960 in.

Three lubrication options are available, one commercial and two to MIL spec standards. Dynamic load rating ranges from 17 to 159 lb., and static load rating, from 6 to 70 lb. Radial play is 0.0002 to 0.0005 in. Additional technical details are contained in Catalog D790, available free upon request.
