The iglide Z510 is reportedly the first plastic bearing to withstand temperatures to 500°F while delivering high pressure resistance and dimensional stability. The Z510 endures heavy loads even while oscillating and with edge loads. Tests show it withstands constant loads of 43,000 psi while in continuous motion, and 14,500-psi loads in rotational applications. High-load capability makes the product suitable for outdoor and heavy-equipment applications such as truck lifts, conveyor systems, construction vehicles, and tractors. Z510 can be a viable option over metal, bronze, and ball bearings, and usually at a lower cost. The iglide Z510 is oil-free and self-lubricating, requires no maintenance, and resists corrosion, chemicals, and UV rays. A variety of metric and inch sizes are available.
