Plug-In Valves

Nov. 17, 2005
New VTSA Series is a modular plug-in valve system that simplifies adding and removing subbases and valves.

It conforms to new ISO Standard 15407-2, which defines the valve interface for 18 and 26-mm valves with plug-in electrical connections. A wide range of pneumatic functions gives flexibility to users. Electrical interfaces include terminal box, multipin connection, and CPX fieldbus, all with the capability to drive 32 solenoids. Subbases have G or NPT ports and a single subbase for mounting an individual valve is also available. The robust IP65/NEMA-4 manifold system ensures reliable operation in most industrial environments. It is suited for a wide range of installations, from 110 Vac and terminal box to those with fieldbus communications, in automotive, packaging, printing, pharmaceutical, and other applications.
