Sanitary Conveyors

Sept. 28, 2006
The AquaPruf 7600 Series mainline conveyor platform has urethane-encased belts that will not absorb water or fray, making them suitable for food or pharmaceutical applications where mold growth and frayed belt edges cause problems.

The frame's sanitary open design features no collection points for food particles and rounded cross members for reduced clean-up time. The 7600 can withstand high-pressure washings with water, soap, bleach, chlorine, alcohol, or foaming chlorine cleaner. Additional features include: straight or curved design, toolless tip-up pulley for quick release of belt tension fast cleanup; belt-tension system with welded bearing support for tensioning and tracking with Acme threads; V-guided belts for positive tracking; stainlesssteelbed plate for continuous support; stainless-steel gearmotor; frame cutouts for continuous access to the inside of the conveyor; 400 Series stainless-steel bearings filled with H1 FDA lubricant and mounted in cast stainless-steel housing for wash-down environments; loads up to 20 lb/sq ft of belt, in lengths between 3 and 40 ft, and widths to 5 ft; and speeds to 328 fpm.
