Sensors Take On Heavy Loads

May 20, 2004
Strain-gage load cells include low profile, rod end, S-beam, dual bridge, crash barrier, and pedal-effort sensors.

Load cells are temperature and pressure compensated with capacities ranging from 5 to 100,000 lb. Fatigue-rated styles are guaranteed for 100 million fully reversible cycles. Units are calibrated with NIST traceability in an A2LA-accredited laboratory. Applications include weighing, material and structural testing, and automotive and aerospace testing.
