Slide Guides Resist Contamination

Designed without ball or roller bearings, selflubricating slide guides are inert, can be washed down, resist corrosive chemicals, and provide long life in dusty and dirty environments.

The guides are suitable for the linear-motion requirements of the food, pharmaceutical processing, and medicalequipment industries. Teflon pads bonded inside the carriage minimize friction. The guides' 45° rail geometry ensures maximum bearing contact area, as well as smooth quiet operation. Three rail sizes are available in lengths of 7, 13, 19, 25, and 31 in. and they handle dynamic loads from 50 to 200 lb and static loads from 100 to 700 lb.
