Tapered Dispensing Tips

April 27, 2006
Dispensing tips precision molded from polyethylene provide fast flow and minimize bubbles while dispensing thick or particle-filled fluids such as epoxy, silicone, and brazing paste.

They feature a tapered, hubless design that provides smooth, unrestricted application of thick fluids. This reduces rework and rejects by not forming bubbles that cause variations in fluid deposits. The color-coded tips come in six sizes from 0.060 to 0.010-in. ID. They are outfitted with double-threaded SafetyLoks that securely attach the tips, so there's no risk they will disengage from the dispenser, especially under the high pressures needed for thick fluids. Tips come in two styles: UV-blocking translucent tips for benchtop applications, and rigid opaque tips for automated application or light-sensitive fluids. Both are packaged in lint-free, see-through boxes of 50 that are numbered to simplify process control.
