Ultratough Polymers

Five SolvaSpire high-performance polymers are for demanding applications.

KetaSpire PEEK (polyetheretherketone) balances good thermal, mechanical, and chemical-resistant performance with ease of fabrication. EpiSpire HTS (high-temperature sulfone) resists creep at high temperatures and Torlon PAI (polyamideimide) combines polyamide performance with design and processing freedom. PrimoSpire SRP (self-reinforced polyphenylene) is said to be the world's stiffest unreinforced polymer, featuring high hardness, chemical resistance, and inherent flame-retardant properties. AvaSpire, a PEEK-based resin, bridges performance and pricing gaps within the SolvaSpire family of resins.
