Uncaser - Standard-Knapp

May 28, 2010
The machine removes empty bottles from cases.

The PikMore Uncaser moves continously to remove empty glass bottles from their cases at up to 70 cases/min. Gripper heads revolving around a center carousel quickly and gently lift bottles and place them on a conveyor. A graphic Operator Interface Screen lets workers set up the unit to run independently so they can operate multiple machines.
The machine is programmed for automatic lubrication. It contains no servomotors and uses quieter belts instead of chains. Mechanically synchronized operations simplify software.
