Expanding Collet Chuck Clamps to Minor Diameter of Internal Spline

The expanding Mandrel Collet Chuck is designed to clamp the minor diameter of an internal spline. This allows the user to machine the internal counter bore, the outside profile, and the face of the work piece. The chuck features air-detecting sensor holes and provides positive air blowout to keep chips and slurry away from clamping and locating surfaces.

Models include through-hole, high speed, and quick-change chucks. They come in SAE or metric form, ranging in size from 3 in. (76 mm) to 18 in. (457 mm). Accuracies of 0.001 in. to 0.00001 in. (0.254 m) are guaranteed. Custom workholding chucks and jaws are available, and the company offers free engineering assistance.
