Three product lines now available meet Military Specification Standards. The company’s Key Locking studs, threaded inserts, and Swage-Sert thin-wall threaded inserts provide security and “repairability” in fastening applications in soft materials such as aluminum or magnesium when high levels of pull-out and torque-out strength are required.

The one-piece design of the Key Locking studs provides secure fastening where a through-bolt/nut combination is impossible. Threaded inserts quickly repair stripped, damaged, or worn threads with new stronger threads. The design of Swage-Sert thin-wall inserts lets them be placed very close together (minimum boss requirements) to help reduce weight and increase strength.
