Heat-shrinkable tubing eliminates kinking, wrinkles, and ensures consistency, even on difficult applications such as copper coils. Heat-shrinkable materials include PTFE in 2:1 and 4:1 expansion ratio’s and FEP in 1.3:1 and 1.67:1. Both materials are FDA and USP Class VI compliant. Sizes range as small as 0.010 in. up to 6 in. Specialty heat shrink is also available in PFA and ETFE.

Heat-shrink products can be supplied with etch on the inside diameter, outside diameter, or both for bonding. Laser marking is available for identification purposes. In FEP and PFA, long continuous lengths can be made for electronic and cabling operations.
