The Wireless Environmental Temperature, Humidity and Dewpoint Sensor/Transmitter (PST-THD) alerts users via text or e-mail when preset targets are reached

The Wireless Environmental Temperature, Humidity and Dewpoint Sensor/Transmitter (PST-THD) alerts users via text or e-mail when preset targets are reached. Monitoring operations sensitive to ambient conditions, such as clean rooms, commercial bakeries, food storage, transportation and processing, and manufacturers of powdered products, helps control critical parameters and eliminate surprise changes in conditions detrimental to the process.

Software automatically logs data at user-configured intervals in a SQL database. Users can run preconfigured reports to view trends or program their own in the SQL database.

The unit’s weathertight enclosure is sealed with an O-ring and screw-on cover. The 900-MHz transmitter transmits data once every 12 sec to optimize battery life and minimize RF traffic. Open field range is up to 1,200 ft. Each wireless transmitter can manage up to three sensors.

Additional features include –40 to 255°F temperature range; -40 to 255°F measured temperature range; 0 to 100% measurable relative humidity range; 1°F temperature resolution; ±0.54°F temperature accuracy; 1% relative humidity resolution; 18% relative humidity accuracy; 8-sec relative humidity response time; 2 “AA” 1.5-V batteries; and radio frequency 902 to 928 digitally modulated spread spectrum radio.
