Bellows Get A Grip On Uneven Surfaces

Sept. 16, 2004
Minibellows vacuum cups come in sizes down to 3 mm (130 in.) in diameter to fit virtually any type of vacuum equipment used for the handling of small parts.

The cups adhere to convex, concave, and uneven surfaces and are ideal for pick-and-place operations. Cushioning afforded by the cups can replace springs, height or level compensators, and other mechanical devices used to handle uneven surfaces.

An extensive online catalog showcases several materials and sizes, including antistatic materials for handling electronic components. Custom designs come either from customer-supplied drawings or by reverse engineering of sample cups.
