Winthane silicones can be formulated in hardness ranging from 10 to 70 Shore A and with temperature resistances from 75 to 446°F (60 to 230°C). They resist oils and grease as well as exposure to ozone and UV light. They are inherently electrical insulators, but specially formulated versions can be semiconductive. They also feature good elastic memory and low compression set.
