The High-Flow Namur Valve, built with an anodized aluminum body, a stainless-steel spool, and brass internal parts, is designed for direct mounting to pneumatic actuators. The valve operates from 22 to 150 psi and uses Class F DIN and Conduit coils and Class H hazardous coils and operates over a wide temperature range. Hazardous coil enclosures meet FM and CSA agency approvals for Class 1: Groups A – D and Class II: Groups E - G. The valve is available in 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 functions for single and double-acting pneumatic actuators and NPT port sizes with manual override. Additional features include Cv flow of 1.2 and 3.0, respectively; "swimming" O-ring sealing system; 5 million cycle life; fail-safe functionality through a pilot-operated spool design with combined spring and air return; and a pilot-exhaust bug screen that helps prevent foreign objects from entering or blocking the valve.
