The Temp-command and HRD Series of hot-runner controllers check for wiring errors in connecting cables and hot runners and for failures in heaters and sensors.

Temp-command controllers handle up to 256 temperature zones. The controllers come prewired, ready for mounting in the molding machine, or in a dedicated housing. The HRD controllers control 6 to 30 temperature zones and are packaged in a compact table housing. Touchscreen navigation is standard on the Tempcommand Series and optional on the HRD Series.

The units have Profibus-DP, Ethernet, CAN, and RS-485 communication options.
