The motor achieves 25.62-mNm stall torque and speeds to 10,000 rpm. Two versions are available, each with graphite commutation: The Series M2232U GS cantilevered brush system and the Series M2232U CS cartridge brush system. Both have a 2.0-mm-diameter motor shaft for high-rotational stability.
For a complete miniature dc drive system, the motor can be combined with a gearhead, encoder, and linear actuator. Plastic and metal planetary gearheads (22 mm diameter) have various reduction ratios for output torques to 600 mNm. The two-channel magnetic encoder precisely controls speed, direction of rotation, and driveshaft positioning.
