New Product: Quick-change conveyor

Jan. 24, 2008
Slots on the new 5200 Series QWIK Conveyor are said to speed mounting of controls and accessories without special tools, fasteners, or T-nuts.

This reduces set-up time and costs. Customers use self-tapping screws to attach photoeye kits, conduit, hose, electrical boxes, and switches, and secure loose electrical leads. The conveyor also has standard T-slots, giving more options for mounting controls and accessories. The 5200 Series lets users modify length and add or remove curves to adjust to changing applications. One person with a few tools can reconfigure the conveyor in as little as 10 min. The system comes in straights, curves, and cleats, and works in a variety of industrial, automation, and packaging applications.
