Special postprocessors targeting Mori Seike's entire NT line of multitasking machine tools have a graphical interface that provides an easy-tounderstand front-end to complex partcutting programs. Such programs execute several simultaneous operations on the machine tool at the same time (on the same or separate spindles) and are more complex than conventional CNC programs that handle one cutting tool at a time.
