The Health & Usage Monitoring Systems (HUMS) product line now includes ICP and charge-output vibration sensors. The products are designed for in-flight monitoring and predictive maintenance of critical flight systems on helicopters and some fixed-wing aircraft. HUMS have top or side-exit electrical connectors and come in a variety of hermetically sealed configurations. The high-temperature versions operate up to 900°F with a ±500-g-pk measurement range, and in frequencies up to 15 kHz. A differential charge converter (Model 495B10) is also available to condition the signal of a charge-output accelerometer for use by data-acquisition equipment.
