Wildeck appoints North American Lean Leader

Wildeck Inc., Waukesha, Wis., a manufacturer of industrial steel work platforms (mezzanines), material lifts (VRCs), and safety guarding products, recently appointed Noel Neris to the position of Lean Leader for its North American operations.

Wildeck Inc., Waukesha, Wis., a manufacturer of industrial steel work platforms (mezzanines), material lifts (VRCs), and safety guarding products, recently appointed Noel Neris to the position of Lean Leader for its North American operations. Wildeck products enable customers to improve capacity, efficiency, and safety throughout their facilities, including distribution centers, warehouses, and manufacturing operations.

To support the company's aggressive business growth, Neris will report directly to the company president and will implement lean strategies, coordinate Kaizen events and lean training, develop key metrics for lean deployment, and streamline procedures and processes to reduce cycle times and improve workflow.

Neris is fluent in both Spanish and English and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Industrial Management, and he brings more than six years of experience in engineering and quality management to the company. He also has a solid background in the implementation of lean tools, data analysis, and is Green Belt Six Sigma Certified.
