After graduating from college, Wynn Kintz spent four years in the U.S. Navy as a supply officer on a destroyer. After serving his country he started work in his father’s machine shop, learning how to fabricate metal and plastic parts. He ran that business until 1976, when he started up Kintz Plastics.
