Accelens inclinometers now come with a DeviceNet electronic interface, making for simple connections to embedded control units and PLCs. Other available interfaces include analog (voltage or current), serial (SSI), and CANopen. Single- axis (360°) or two-axis (±80°) models are also available.

These devices are suitable for use in harsh outdoor conditions. The device’s molded polyurethane enclosures provide dust and moisture resistance (IP68 or NEMA-6 environmental protection), while letting internal components withstand shock loads of up to 100 g and vibrations as high as 20 g.
