A full line of off-the-shelf and plug-and-play linear belt drives and actuators are now available. The plug-and-play models include an actuator, motor, and PLC for out-of-the-box operation.

Standard and plug-and-play belt-driven actuators let users configure products through options including single or double-shaft types, preferred driveshaft location, and a number of standard travel lengths up to 2,242 mm. These options provide accurate, durable, and maintenance-free solutions for linear-motion applications.

The belt drives and actuators come in 184 to 2,242-mm travel lengths, maximum speeds of 1,270 to 15,240 mm/sec, and load capacities of 25 to 2,500 lb. The belt drives provide 100 to 2,500 lb of force.
