Ten times smaller in volume and 10% the weight of standard Micro- D devices, nanominiature connectors offer the same number of positions as well as voltage ratings of 500 V at sea level (versus 250 V) and 500 mating cycles (versus 200).

Ten times smaller in volume and 10% the weight of standard Micro- D devices, nanominiature connectors offer the same number of positions as well as voltage ratings of 500 V at sea level (versus 250 V) and 500 mating cycles (versus 200).

The connectors are available with temperature ranges from –200 to 200°C; come in single-row configurations with 5 to 51 contacts and double- row configurations with 9 to 65 contacts; and have machined aluminum shells (with a variety of platings), stainlesssteel shells for extra sturdiness, or plastic shells for added weight savings.

The devices are available with flying leads, as jumper assemblies, or as custom harnesses with multiple connectors. Wire sizes are 30 AWG and smaller.
