Safety air guns are now available with polycarbonate chip shields to protect workers from chips blown off machined parts. The shields also keep coolant from splashing during drying operations and help businesses comply with OSHA standards. Chip Shields can be used on safety air guns with or without an extension pipe.

The guns use air nozzles that maximize entrainment of room air while minimizing compressedair consumption.
