Epoxy Flooring Dissipates Static Shock

March 6, 2015

Flowcoat ESD epoxy flooring prevents the buildup of static charge as a person walks across the given area. Developed by Flowcrete, the flooring is useful to safe-proof environments that contain sensitive electrical equipment or flammable materials. Installation is of the solvent-free and low-odor epoxy is simple. The fire-safe material prolongs refurbishment and is easy to clean. Flowcoat ESD meets the ESD Association guidelines for the safe dissipation of charge to ground and meets the ANSI/ESD S20.20 criteria, which requires a system resistance of a person through the floor and to ground of less than 35 MΩ.
