The Automation Fair hosted by Rockwell Automation took place in Chicago this year. It hosted some of the latest technology focusing on IoT-connected systems.

Machine Design was invited to attend Rockwell Automation’s annual Automation Fair. The fair took place this year in Chicago and hosted several companies all promoting connected Internet of Things (IoT) systems and applications. Besides the many advancements in systems and products that enable the IoT, Rockwell Automation hosted panel discussions in which several different companies from varied industrial backgrounds weighed in on the IoT and how it will affect the future. In part 1 of this 2-part gallery, we look at some of the memorable moments from the event.
