The Phoenix Contact BLUEMARK E.CARD is a UV inkjet printer designed to streamline high-volume industrial labeling applications while maintaining durability and print quality.

The printer automatically detects whether the inserted marking material is plastic or metal and adjusts its ink combination accordingly, producing labels at up to 600 dpi resolution. UV printing technology delivers permanent, long-lasting markings designed to withstand harsh industrial environments.

To improve productivity, operators can preload up to 40 marker cards at a time. The cards are fed automatically and additional cards can be added during operation without interrupting the print job. According to the company, each card can be printed in less than 53 seconds. The BLUEMARK E.CARD also incorporates a maintenance-friendly design. Replacing an ink cartridge simultaneously replaces the print head, helping reduce maintenance requirements while supporting consistent print quality.

Project setup and print management are handled through Phoenix Contact’s MARKING software, which includes features intended to simplify job organization. The software can also detect cards that have been inserted in the wrong order and automatically adjust the print sequence.

Designed for applications ranging from standard control cabinet identification to highly durable wire marking, the printer uses a modular ink concept that allows markings to be tailored to specific requirements. Phoenix Contact notes the system is aimed at manufacturers and panel builders seeking faster production, greater customization and durable labeling at an economical cost.
