FAQ – Connectors Now Qualified for UL508A Applications

Until recently, machine manufacturers who required UL 508 certification were responsible for demonstrating that connectors could be used safely in their application. This led many manufacturers to hardwire connections, which can lead to unplanned downtime and increased costs caused by miswiring.
