Clippard Instrument Laboratory’s new 303 stainless steel pneumatic cylinders are manufactured to survive caustic and wash-down environments. They are interchangeable with other common-brand round-body cylinders and have grease lubrication and Rulon Rod and Clevis brushing. They are leak-proof and have nitrile rod wipers to protect the interior from contaminants.

The rods are threaded, bonded, and orbit-formed to pistons. The pistons have full-area breakaway for full power from the beginning of the stroke. Bore sizes are ¾ in. and 2 in. Standard stroke lengths range from 1 in. to 32 in. A detailed list of features can be found on the company website.
