Smart Manufacturing Focus of PACK EXPO Trends Booth

The Center for Trends and Technology (CTT) booth at 2015 PACK EXPO Las Vegas, is being billed as a “one-stop spot” for attendees to join educational sessions, ask questions, and meet with industry experts regarding smart manufacturing and other topics.

The Center for Trends and Technology (CTT) booth (C-4829) at 2015 PACK EXPO Las Vegas, is being billed as a “one-stop spot” for attendees to join educational sessions, ask questions, and meet with industry experts regarding smart manufacturing and other topics. Sponsored by Rockwell Automation and its PartnerNetwork program members, the CTT’s goal is to expand knowledge of smart machines and their ability to bring greater insight into operations, asset utilization, and information security. Specific topics of note range from serialization, machinery safety, and mobility to cloud computing, network security, line integration, and line optimization. Other booth features include “Ask the Expert” kiosks and an interactive Rockwell Automation Integrated Architecture wall. The wall will show the scalability of Rockwell’s control solutions. Also on the agenda are 30-minute presentations from companies such as Cisco, Grantek, Microsoft, and Stone Technologies on aspects of smart manufacturing.
