With a focus on maintenance, particularly in the pneumatics and hydraulics disciplines, the 2020 Reliable Plant Conference and Exhibition will convene in Louisville on April 7-9. Machine Design is one of the media sponsors for this year’s event.

Within the Kentucky International Convention Center in Louisville, attendees can meet with more than 100 exhibitors highlighting innovative products and services over the course of three days. Network with colleagues during lunch breaks and receptions, gather hands-on information and generate ideas to address specific needs.

Lee Rubin will present his keynote, “5 Components of an Extraordinary Team,” on April 7 from 8 a.m. to 9:20 a.m. Rubin is a frequent speaker and panelist at corporations, conferences and schools throughout the country and a former free safety and captain at Penn State.

The four certificate programs at this year’s Reliable Plant Conference are:

  • Change Leadership
  • Maintenance Management
  • Predictive Maintenance
  • Reliability Engineering

Professionals attending the Reliable Plant Conference and Exhibition come from dozens of different machinery-centric industries, but last year’s conference survey results indicate they all had one important thing in common: They learned something new.

The conference organizers said the event will present “strategies for rallying colleagues and management behind these new ideas so they can be implemented for visible improvement.”
