Ballard Power Systems, Vancouver, Canada (www.ballard.com), recently signed an agreement with Heliocentris Energy Systems, Vancouver (www.heliocentris.com), a provider of fuel-cell and hydrogen technology systems for education and demonstration, to distribute Ballard AirGen portable fuel-cell generators and Nexa fuel-cell power modules in North America and Europe.

As part of the $1.25 million deal, Heliocentris will buy AirGen generators and/or Nexa power modules over the next two years
