The new Caterpillar 325C LCR Hydraulic Excavator rotates with a minimal amount of counterweight extending past the tracks.

Cat 325C LCR Hydraulic Excavator features compact swing radius for greater productivity in restricted spaces.

The new Caterpillar 325C LCR Hydraulic Excavator rotates with a minimal amount of counterweight extending past the tracks. Tail-swing radius is only 6 ft. 3 in. (1.90 m). To further reduce the working envelope and boost lift capacity over the front, the boom tower sits farther back in the upper frame than a standard excavator. The design also reduces the front-swing radius when the boom is pulled up.
