Minarik Corporation, a leading value-added national motion distributor and manufacturer of AC & DC Drives and Motors for over 50 years, is pleased to announce record sales in 2004 of over $100,000,000. "This is a terrific achievement by all of Minarik's people. Especially, considering our almost 20% growth in 2003. It is a great indicator that the investment that we put back into our organization and our people is paying off," said John Hegel, President and CEO. "We want to provide our customers with the best value that we can and provide our suppliers with the most competent and qualified representatives in the market for their products and technologies, As the economy and the manufacturing sector continue to rebound, Minarik is well positioned to provide customers with quality product lines, value-added and application capabilities, and responsive customer service. We will continue to invest heavily in the training of our people and the infrastructure of our organization to accomplish those goals", Hegel added.

In the attempt to gain even more market share and provide better service, Minarik Corporation continues to expand with the addition of more quality inside and outside sales people, the development of Minarik University's diversified training programs, and the rebuilding of the Information Systems infrastructure. All have lead to a stronger foundation for future sales and market presence. Minarik's entire sales force also ranks as one of the top groups in the motion control industry. They are capable of assisting customers in solving complex motion control and automation applications, making sure that the right solution is implemented.

Minarik Corporation's Manufacturing Division, Minarik Drives, also had a very solid year with an over 25% increase in sales. "Continued development of new and innovative products and a commitment to be the most customer responsive drives manufacturer have directly lead to these results" said Dan Schnabel, the VP and General Manager of Minarik Drives.
